Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026 · Template — review with legal counsel before launch.
These terms govern your use of the Agniora website. Project engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work) signed by both parties; where the two conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
1. Use of the site
You may browse this site for lawful, personal, or business purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in violation of any law.
2. Intellectual property
The Agniora name, logo, brand, copy, and site design are owned by Agniora unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce them without permission. Ownership of work produced under an engagement is defined in the relevant Statement of Work — typically transferring to the client on full payment.
3. No warranty on site content
Site content is provided "as is" for general information. We make no warranty that it is complete, current, or error-free.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Agniora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
